I don’t have an answer but want to follow along as I was told 2 weeks ago, at 34 weeks my fluid was low. The only thing that made me thinis amniotic fluid stickyk something was weird before I found out was that I had not put on any weight in the 2 weeks since my last dr visit, but other than that I would have no clue.

Tried to stay as hydrated as possible, but ended up having to deliver baby right at 37 weeks because my fluid levels were too low at my appointment and not going up (index was right around 1.0). She was breech since she didn’t have enough fluid to flip, but is now a thriving almost two year old! Try to stay hydrated and not worry too much.
